Start with guide pages 2–4, plan the session on page 5 and choose a timed flow on page 6. The new two-page companion lets you type notes into the existing session planner and one-page session packet. Save a separate copy for each gathering, then reopen it to check your notes. Each ruled line is a separate field. The full 21-page guide remains a print-and-write PDF; its teaching text and headings are not editable. Four worked session outlines use Anxiety and God's Peace as an example; that separate study is not included. A start-here file explains the paper sizes, styles, typing and printing.
